13. Alumni and Corporate Relation
About the Alumi
Andhra University has a very strong Alumni Association named as Andhra University Alumni
Association (AAA) . It has more than 10,000 registered alumni with Shri Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao
garu as the President of the Association. Every year during December, AAA organizes a grand alumni
meet during which several alumni from all over the world assemble and participate in the event.
During the year 2018-19, Andhra University launched several Regional Chapters of Andhra
University Alumni Association to strengthen the alumni network scattered across the country. It has
inaugurated the below regional chapters at Hyderabad, East & West Godavari Districts, Amravati
Chapter and Delhi Chapter.
AAA met on 10th December 2018 for which The Doyen of Indian Industry, Padma Vibhushan
RATAN TATA graced the occasion held at AU Convention Centre:
Padma Vibhushan Ratan Tata and AAA Founder Chairman & GMR Group Chairman,
Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao, along with other dignitaries during AAA meet on 10th Dec.2018.
